This is almost a perfect product. It was exactly what I wanted for my vacation to be able to lock up items like my wallet, cell phone, keys, headphones etc. It looses out on one start for the combination of theses small things that could make it better:1. It could be a little bigger inside, especially considering how big it it overall I continuously hit the limit for size inside. (Wallet +two phones) or (wallet, phone and keys)2. When the cable is locked around something the lock is facing inwards, not an issue most of time but depending on the size of what you are locking it to, it can be problematic.3. The combination dials are recessed and numbers themselves are small and have little texture, the first few times were used it the dials were hard to spin.Overall a great product. Surprised I don't see more of them at the pool or beach.The safe is a pretty small and you can fit a lot less than advertised. It's definitely a safe for phones or small electronics, or even medications in small pill bottles. The lock is great and it appears to be well made, just don't expect to be able to fit much in itBought this for my college student living in the dorms. She wanted her passport and being worried I sent this for her to lock away in her desk. It’s slightly small for the passport as the passport barely fit compared to the actual picture on the product, but it fits!!!!! It’s convenient and doesn’t take a lot of space which is great for a college dorm room!We use this When we go to the water park at our amusement park. I can lock up cell phones, debit card and my prescription eyewear, then attach the safe to a permanent umbrella pole.I used this at the beach for shore excursion. Worked great. Locked up my valuables and chain allowed me to attach my beach bag to lounge chair. Great for solo traveling. Only negative would be it’s a little heavy.My son has to take meds that sadly a lot of college kids take for fun. We let the dorm RA know what and why and it’s been an amazing peace of mind.Loveeeee this safe! Took it on a Cruise and it was such a great feeling of security. I put all my cash and docs in it while around and off ship in the larger room safe. In my case, I had a room mate I did not know prior to sailing. With this, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Perfect for dorm rooms.Original item which would make a good gift to anyone who travels - delivered promply from USACould not use safe due to the combination code not working after setting the code, wouldn’t open up again was stuck and the wire chain did not go back in.Excelente caja de seguridad ofrece muy buenas características para su precio.*La caja es de tamaño bueno para almacenar carteras y celulares por si las buscas realmente para usarla fuera.*No había notado que incluye incrustado su cable de seguridad para atarlo a algo más, que para liberarlo se usa el mismo PIN de seguridad y un botón distinto al de la tapa ideal para dejarlo en un árbol o poste si estás en una alberca por ejemplo.*Tiene una pequeña tapa de goma que oculta y protege los diales donde viene cuatro diales para el PIN de seguridad y un botón para abrir la tapa y otro para liberar el candado que tiene, en esta parte se observa que está hecha de metal.*En mi caso dos de los cuatro diales se ponen duros en ocasiones aun cuando se intente girar con la uña en las hendiduras, estaré probando la caja y veré si es necesario un reemplazo.*Algo que no me agrado es que la tapa no se mantiene abierta por si sola y no se puede cerrar si no está la combinación puesta.*La caja dice ser a prueba de agua y es porque el interior es en goma algo que no había notado en el anuncio, lo cual ayuda también si quieres guardar una cámara o celular amortiguaría los golpes y evitaría el agua.*Si piensan usar el puerto de carga/audífonos tengan en cuenta que esta pensado par cables pequeños o en lo posible planos.*La forma de cambiar el PIN es sencilla pero complicada ya que debes mantener presionado un botón interior mientras girar los diales a la nueva configuración con cuidado de anotar que combinación tiene si se soltó por accidente.*Para usarse como caja en exteriores dudo de su efectividad por que la bisagra se ve un poco desde fuera pero no se que tan resistente es realmente si se trata de abrir por la fuerza, en mi caso la usare en casa así que va perfecto.En resumen va perfecto para usarse en casa o ciertos lugares donde la puedas encadenar y no depender de una llave para abrirla sino del PIN con la desventaja de que de olvidar el PIN debes probar las combinaciones hasta que abra.I’ve bought multiple Master Lock products in the past, but I’ve never seen one of their product being so cheaply made. Probably if they would start building them back in the USA, it would be built better ! I’ve received the first one defective and the second one defective also. The problem was that the cord would eject even when it was locked. To me this is a big problem as someone can walk up, push the button hard and walk off with the safe part to open later. I ordered a second one and I had the same issue. If you have one double check it before thinking that this gadget is ”safe” to use.
