My wife and I have used this per a medical doctors recommendation when we were in Costa Rica. We both had hair loss/ thinning for different reasons and both of us who have always had thick full heads of hair stemmed the loss and recovered most of our loss with this.Its not for all types of hair loss but for us it worked. Its a bit spendy. But it is a well thought out and effective non Rx product out of Germany.
